CRIMPFLEX® 2.54mm range: NICOMATIC provides 3 types of female contacts : 14106 (Hi-Flex), 11506 (Low Insertion Force) and 10025 (High Insertion Force) available in tin or selective gold plated version. We recommend 14106 Hi-Flex contact for higher current applications in a vibration environment and a high number of cycles (500 cycles). The 'Hi-Flex' female contact 14106 delivers a guaranteed contact resistance and superior cycles in a consistent insertion force. The insertion force diminishes without any contact loss. Even with greater insertion angle the electrical contact is preserved (no damage). The Low insertion force 11506 contact has a narrow insertion angle and is recommended for 100 cycles. It applies to low current applications and no high vibrations. The high insertion force 10025 contact has a very narrow insertion angle and is made for low current applications, no vibration and up to 20 cycles with a maximum of 12 ways inside the housing.

CRIMPFLEX® 1.27mm range: The female contact 16068, designed for 0.38mm (0.0015") to 0.45mm (0.018") is both available in tin or selective gold plated version, and reel-fed.
