Are you working with a printed circuit board interconnection featuring a small number of pins? Nicomatic has your miniaturization solution.
Nicomatic now offers its popular 1.27mm Crimpflex housings (M0F, M0J, M4F, M4J series) in lower pin count configurations. This is a housing receptacle for female contacts crimped on a flat flex cable, featuring miniature pitch and latch locking in both single row (4-50 positions) and double row (8-100 positions) housings.
Prior to this product line expansion, single row housings required a minimum 8 positions, while the double row required 16. New pin positions in the single row are 4 through 7 and for the double row housing, positions 8, 10, 12 and 14.
The smaller pitched 1.27 housings are available with Crimpflex Female contacts. These contacts are unique because they offer low mechanical strength while also maintain low contact resistance.
Developed in response to well-established market demand, Nicomatic’s new lower pin count housings have found applications with medical and communications. This gives Nicomatic customers a single source for small, mid-sized and large Crimpflex housings in virtually unlimited configurations. Combine this with Nicomatic’s industry-leading, accurate crimping technology, technical support and short lead times. If you’re working with small pin PCB configurations, it’s time to contact your Nicomatic sales representative or Nicomatic.
