Article 2 – Website access

Website access and use is strictly on a personal basis. You undertake not to use this website and the information or data shown on it for commercial, political or advertising purposes or for any form of commercial prospecting, in particular sending unsolicited emails.

Article 3 – Website content

All the brands, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, animated or non-animated images, video sequences, sounds, as well as all the IT applications that could be used to operate this website and more generally all the elements reproduced or used on the website are protected by the applicable intellectual property laws.

They are the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including IT applications, without prior written consent from the publisher, is strictly forbidden. Nicomatic SA undertakes to respect your privacy and protect the information you provide. Any information gathered will only be kept for the time necessary to process your requests and/or execute the services requested in accordance with the current regulations.

The personal data gathered on the Nicomatic SA website is for internal use. It is confidential and processed as such, and cannot be passed on to third parties.

Article 8 – Right to access, rectify or delist your data

Pursuant to the French personal data protection regulation of 20 June 2018 No. 2018-493 in its amended version, and regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, referred to as the ‘GDPR’, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, limit and object to the processing of your personal data, to portability and to define the arrangements for your data after your death for all the data concerning you, to be exercised at any time with the publisher either directly on the website in the ‘Contact us’ section:

Article 9 – Use of data
