Examples of customized solutions:

The silicone seal on the connector surface isolates the contacts from harmful environmental influences such as moisture and dust. This protective layer also prevents the transfer of harmful environmental factors from one part of the device to another via the connector.

DMM Series Split Backshell Connector. This connector features high-current contacts that provide a 90-degree output signal to the wire in the female connector. Connection is achieved via a male connector with 90-degree contacts to the printed circuit board (PCB), epoxy potting, and screw-mounting accessories (mounting screws).

A plastic cover prevents dust from entering the DMM connector. The cover serves to protect the connector from dust when not in use. A nickel-plated aluminum cover suitable for field use is also available. It is important to close the cover to prevent dust from entering when the connector is not connected to the resistor. This can cause data interference, dust ingress, and mechanical damage to the contacts. The connector is secured to the connector with screws.
